FAQs Surrounding COVID-19 Impact

Are these requirements set by the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra or are they venue specific?

As we expand our reach and concert design, we are working with a variety of venues, presenters, and performers that have different requirements. We respect the right of each venue to establish policies for the health and safety of its staff and patrons. In consultation with the venue, presenters, performers, and our musician’s union, we establish these guidelines to aid in stopping the spread of COVID-19.

Are vaccination cards required?

No. At this point, vaccination cards are not required for entry at any WSO concerts and events.

Will there be separate section for vaccinated vs unvaccinated patrons? Social distancing?

No. All events will be sold at full capacity.

I am not willing to take this step and would like a refund.

We will miss seeing you and are able to offer exchanges into future events, credits, or refunds. Please contact the Box Office at 304-232-6191.

Maestro John Devlin and the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra musicians cannot wait to share music with you again! If you have additional questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us at 304-232-6191 or by email at boxoffice@wheelingsymphony.com.
